Busy Body’s Guide to Skin Care:
Tip #1: Don’t Be A Skin Care Hoarder
As we tend to get busy and constantly have too many priorities, we tend to drop the ball on something.
Sadly, the same thing happens with our skin care routines when we have too many products, and it can be a bit overwhelming.
So, instead of being overwhelmed and intimidated by so many products, take some time to clean out your medicine cabinet.
Tip #2: Know your skin type
One thing we recommend is to always know what skin type you are so that you can purchase the right products. Whether your skin is dry, oily, combination/normal or sensitive. It can be a bit confusing at times. If you really can’t figure it out, go to a professional such as an esthetician, beautician or a dermatologist.
Tip #3: Develop A Simple Morning Skin Care Routine
1) Use An exfoliating cleanser (Rx 105 – Multi Fruit Exfoliating Cleanser – 6oz.)
2) Use A Serum (Rx 10 – Double Action Firming Serum – 1.7oz.)
3) Use A Day Moisturizer (Rx 60 – C Energized Moisturizer – 1oz.)
4) Use Sunblock (Rx 123 – Physical Sunscreen SPF 30 2.5oz.)
Tip #4: Develop a Basic Night Skin Care Routine
1) Use A Soft Cleanser (Rx 104 – Enzymatic Cleanser – 6oz.)
2) Use An Eye Cream (Rx 76 – Ultra Firm Eye Gel – 0.5oz.)
2) Use A Night Cream (Rx 116 – Synchronized Cellular Nite Creme – 1oz.)
Tip #5: Eat Healthy & Stay Hydrated
The easiest way to keep your skin healthy if you’re on-the-go is to eat right and stay hydrated. That means drinking at least eight ounces of water a day and eating foods that are anti-inflammatory and contain lots of anti-oxidants.
Tip #6: Pamper Your Skin When You Travel
If you travel constantly you most likely suffer from dehydration and your skin probably shows it.
Always wash your face and moisturize after your flight.
Tip #7: Remove All Makeup
If you can’t keep a constant skin care routine, at least make sure you remove all makeup before going to bed, even after a long hard day. Going to bed with makeup can clog your pores and cause you to age faster.
